1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rampant Records. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on our Shopify store, Rampant Records.
  • Navigate to your order history.
  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Click on the option to initiate a return.
  • Fill out the return request form, providing details on the items you are returning and the reason for the return.
  • Submit the form, and you will receive an email confirming your return request.

4. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (For reasons other than damaged when delivered). We would require images sent by the buyer, see below.

Prompt Reporting: To ensure a swift resolution, kindly report the issue within 14 days of receiving the product. This allows us to promptly assess the situation and provide you with the best possible assistance.

Resolution Options: Once we receive your report, we will work diligently to address the problem. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Vinyl job lots: Due to the nature of our vinyl job lots, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
